Alkimista Digital provides professional services in paid media, data engineering, automation, and AI applied to B2B growth. We act as a strategic partner contributing experience, methodology, and execution, committing our best professional efforts — not a specific guaranteed financial result.
3. Limitation of liability (third-party platforms)
Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, among others) whose policies, algorithms, and decisions are beyond our control. Alkimista Digital shall not be liable for suspensions, algorithmic bans, ad rejections, policy changes, cost fluctuations, or interruptions caused by such platforms. Nor are we liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from these third-party decisions.
4. Intellectual property
The strategies, funnels, campaign structures, dashboards, automations, and every asset developed by Alkimista Digital remain the intellectual property of the agency until the completion and full payment of the corresponding contract. Once those conditions are met, the agreed deliverables are transferred to the client as stipulated. The agency's own methodology, know-how, and tools always remain under its ownership.
5. Case studies and results
The published "Case Studies", metrics, and testimonials reflect real results obtained in the past for specific clients, under particular market, budget, and industry conditions. They do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or legal or financial projection that identical or similar results will be obtained in the future. Every business is different and results may vary.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the commercial relationship. Alkimista Digital treats client data with strict confidentiality and shares it only with the technology providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the corresponding competent courts, without prejudice to what is established in the particular contract with each client.
