GTM Server-Side implementation in Argentina: recover the measurement you are losing

Your sales team closes 60 opportunities and Google Ads reports 38. Meta, 19. Nobody made a mistake: between iOS, Safari, blockers and third-party cookies, 30% to 40% of your conversions never reach the platforms. And a blind algorithm optimizes for the cheap click, not the paying customer.

We move measurement to your own server. A GTM Server-Side container under your domain receives the events, enriches them with first-party data and sends them to Google Ads, GA4 and Meta as clean signal. Then we connect real CRM closes so the platforms learn from sales, not forms.

Audit my measurement
How we do it

The process, step by step.

No fine print, no surprises. This is exactly how we work from day one.

01

Measurement audit

We compare what the platforms see against what your CRM sees and quantify the attribution gap. Without that number there is no business case.

02

Container architecture

We deploy the GTM Server-Side container on your own subdomain (Stape or Google Cloud) with a first-party tagging domain and monitoring.

03

Tag migration

GA4, Google Ads with Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI with event-ID deduplication and Consent Mode v2. The browser stops talking to third parties.

04

Offline conversions

We integrate the CRM (HubSpot, Odoo or other) to send every qualified opportunity and closed sale, with its value, back to the platforms.

05

Validation and handover

Controlled before/after comparison, architecture documentation and team training. You own everything.

What you get

Concrete results, not generic marketing promises.

Recovery of 20% to 40% of conversions currently lost to blockers and browser restrictions.

Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API and GA4 fed from a single point, with regional Consent Mode v2 done right.

Offline conversions and sales value from your CRM into Google Ads and Meta: the algorithm optimizes for revenue.

What we implement

Components of a complete server-side measurement

Each piece closes a different hole where attribution leaks today.

GTM Server-Side container

Hosted on Stape or Google Cloud Run, under your own subdomain. Platforms receive first-party, non-blockable data.

Enhanced Conversions (Google Ads)

Hashed contact data that lets Google attribute conversions even without a cookie. Essential with iOS and Safari.

Meta Conversions API

Server-side events deduplicated against the pixel by event ID. Raises Event Match Quality and lowers cost per result.

Server-side GA4

A single event source for analytics and ads, with custom dimensions and no loss to blockers.

Regional Consent Mode v2

Opt-in where the law requires it and opt-out where it does not, without blinding measurement for the rest of the world.

Offline conversions CRM → Ads

Closed Won, sales value and pipeline stage go back to Google Ads and Meta. Optimization for real revenue.

Who it is for

When server-side stops being optional

You spend over USD 1,000 per month on ads

Above that level, every lost attribution point is money the algorithm misallocates.

You sell with a long cycle and a CRM

If the close happens weeks after the click and off-site, platforms never see it without offline conversions.

Your audience uses iPhones and blockers

Corporate decision makers and High-Ticket consumers browse from exactly the environments that block client-side measurement the most.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most

Straight answers, no fluff.

How long does a GTM Server-Side implementation take?

2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of platforms, the CRM and the current state of measurement. The initial audit defines the exact scope.

Do I need Google Cloud or is Stape enough?

Both work. Stape simplifies hosting and maintenance; Google Cloud Run gives more control. We recommend based on event volume, budget and available technical team.

Does this replace the Meta pixel or GA4?

No, it complements them. The server becomes the pipe data travels through; GA4, Google Ads and Meta remain the destinations, now receiving complete signal.

Is it compliant with data-protection law?

Yes, and it actually improves compliance: with Consent Mode v2 and your own container you control exactly which data travels to each platform and under which consent.

Which CRMs do you integrate for offline conversions?

HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, Pipedrive and structured spreadsheets via Make. If your CRM has an API or programmable export, it can be integrated.

What happens to measurement if we stop working together?

Everything stays in your infrastructure: container, domain, accounts and documentation. You do not depend on us to keep measuring.
